We enjoyed our takeaway Indian meal last night, one of the joys of mooring in Polesworth.
This morning we were away about quarter to ten for just a one hour trip back to the marina. As we arrived back at the marina there was a chap opposite fishing right into the marina mouth, I was approaching on tickover passed all the moored boats and the chap sorting his tackle was oblivious to me until I pipped the horn. He was quite swift reeling in.
Needless to say as soon as I swung into the marina and started backing down to our slot the wind picked up, there hadn’t been a breath until then.
Back in our slot we soon packed up and I set to draining the fresh water system in case we have a cold snap between now and when we return.
